Navigation-macros for Confluence documentation

Overview

With “Navigation-macros for Confluence” you gain access to the Card-Navigation and List-Navigation macros (see examples below). Both macros show a preview for all direct child-pages showing the header-image and a short preview of the title and content.

If no header image is set in the child page a placeholder will be shown.

FAQ

I do not see any images. Why?

The navigation-macro picks up header-images from the direct child-pages. You need to set header-images on the child-pages to show up.

Let’s have a quick walkthrough to get you started.

Enter edit-mode of a child-page and add a header-image like shown below.

How to install the navigation-macro?

Add the macro

Typing “/nav” should already bring up the correct macro.

Add child-pages with header-images

Please make sure header images are set in child-pages!

Done

The rest is completely automatic.
